Had a fab week in 3 bed apartment with our family. I recommend taking the Signature package for extra treats. The spa / pool area gets busy first fews nights around 5pm but much quieter later in the week. Comfy beds, spacious, stylish apartment that feel cosy.

The apartment was reasonably good but the whole building is tired and you have to navigate a maze of stairs to get around. Ski-in / ski-out is good, and La Plagne is a good ski area. What really annoyed me though was being charged Eur95 because I hadn’t cleaned the kitchen to a surgical standard. If you stay here and want to avoid this then I suggest you take photos of the kitchen when you arrive, bring marigold gloves and a brilo pad and spend 30 mins cleaning every spot and removing any crumbs from the microwave and dishwasher before you leave. Good luck with that.

A really comfortable, well appointed apartment…. We booked a larger apartment to house 4 grown ups, plenty of room, lovely having 2 balconies with differing views. An en suite was lovely and a big sized bathroom. Very well appointed kitchen, missing a chopping board (but no biggy!) Bread products could be delivered to the door and were there by 8, we did the walk to the spar for supplies each morning, which worked well…. Plenty of hot water and good pressure on the shower (very important!).. Huge ski locker for each room with enough heated boot racks in each. Staff entirely adequate, we didn’t need much and the things we did ask for ( couple of additional pillow cases)! Was dealt with quickly and easily.. Yes it is a bit of a rabbit warren inside, I think it was 3 lifts to get on the slopes, but we were on the top floor and 4 to get out at reception, but that’s what happens if you want to be in the mountains and not have a slopey floor!! Once you knew where you were going, the lifts were quick (& quiet)… top tip , follow the rubber mats to the boot room!! Only down side the revolting smell of air freshener in the bottom corridor! Lovely to be so high and in amongst the snow, ski in/out was quite off piste, but I have had a lot worse, and the evening final drag up to have a look at the huskies before a glass of red was a nice finish to the day.

Stayed last week of March 2022 and whilst we really wanted to like this place, there were so many issues. The common areas were nice but the room itself was not very clean and had a number of items broken or missing - lights didnt work, balcony and furniture covered in bird droppings. The biggest issue was that there was a mouse or rat in our room which kept us awake every night. On the first night it ran over my wife's leg whilst we were in bed. I told reception and they sent someone in with mousetraps. No offer to move us. On the second night, it ran round and round the room, up the curtains, along the coving. Same thing third and fourth nights. After 4 sleepless nights we had had enough and left early. I have attached a picture of the balcony - covered in bird droppings. The staff were nice but the quality outside the common areas is very low. There must be better places to stay than this.

Un cadre chaleureux et accueillant encadré par un personnel charmant et à l'écoute. La piscine, le jacuzzi, le sauna et le hamam sont très bien tenu et extrêmement profitable après une rude journée de ski. Un de nos camarades a également profiter du service de massage et en est revu plus que ravi. Le fait que les restaurants, les commerces, la location des skis et l'accès au pistes soit à proximité est également plus. Nous avons vraiment passé de superbes vacances. Nous étions au CGH Granges du Soleil à la Plagne du 6 au 13 janvier 2024❄️⛷️🗻. Nous avons eu des petits soucis à l'arrivée dans notre hébergement😠. Immédiatement, les équipes du CGH, à l'écoute et réactives ont résolu notre problème🙂. Pour nous, c''était réglé et évidemment, nous n' attendions rien d'autre 🙂. Jeudi 11 janvier, on sonne à la porte de notre appartement.... C'était Monsieur Thibault Caron, directeur du CGH, en personne, avec un panier garni et un grand sourire. Il venait s'excuser pour les problèmes rencontrés à notre arrivée. On a été agréablement surpris 🙂 Les produits de la région étaient succulents.... Merci🙏

Tout est parfait dans cette résidence pour le plus grand bonheur des clients : - Literie très confortable, - Appartement très spacieux, - Vaisselle de montagne magnifique, - Personnel très chaleureux, - Service technique efficace, - Belle vue sur la montagne... Je trouve aussi le rapport qualité/prix vraiment excellent, ce qui permet de partir en vacances pour pas trop cher. Je recommande donc vraiment cette résidence à Plagne Soleil.

Top tout simplement. Spa et piscine de qualité avec belle vue et surtout massages excellents. Direction et personnel très à l'écoute. Cela donne l'envie de revenir l'année prochaine pour bénéficier de tous les attraits de la station
