Z這個酒店沒有電梯，也沒有户內樓梯，是在樓體外面的樓梯，我有兩個很大的行李提不上去，我問服務員可以給予一定的幫助把行李抬上去嗎？他説“不能”。
我問可以取消嗎？他説可以。
我問你是幫我免費取消的嗎?他説我是免費取消了，但是你的退款必須跟平台聯繫。
我是攜程的金牌會員，緊接着聯繫了平台客服，客服當場打電話確認是否能給我退款，酒店的前台説我們需要郵件處理確認，讓我離開就可以。
後面平台多次找我説酒店不給退款，我就住在附近酒店我又去找了這個酒店前台，我跟他講“如果你明確表示不能取消，或者取消了退款，無論如何我會一點點把行李弄上去住的，是你説了幫我取消了，你欺騙消費者”
我想我知道“我幫你取消了”的意思是錢我扣了人你走吧？

The location with regard to the Atrium Health Amphitheater was our original reason for choosing this hotel. However, it turned out to be way better than expected. The price was excellent and the hosts extremely welcoming and accommodating. The room was very clean, the bed extremely comfortable and the shower had amazing water pressure (something many hotels seem to lack for some reason) Breakfast was included and sufficient. If you wanted something a little more then you could walk across the parking lot to Waffle House. A Sports Bar next door is nice too, so you don’t have to drive after having a few drinks. Would highly recommend if you are looking for an inexpensive, clean, place to sleep when attending a concert.

Great place to spend the night while traveling. Very clean room and comfortable bed. We did not utilize the continental breakfast but waffle house was across the parking lot so very convenient.

I had a great experience staying at the Ramada by Wyndham Macon! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my entire visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. I especially appreciated how quiet and peaceful the environment was—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location is also super convenient, close to restaurants, shops, and easy access to the highway. Great value for the price, and I’ll definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in Macon!

Inconvenient to pay for room online but when I went to check in, they tell me that the motel requires you to put a $75 before they’ll let you get the key.

Great experience
We stopped on our way to Florida because of bad weather. The motel was very reasonable clean and convenient to get to; right off the interstate. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and the bed was really comfortable.
