I have nothing good to say about this place. I am 84 and I have not seen that many cock roaches since I was a child in West Virginia. I think they knocked off 5 dollars after I complained. Whoopee.... Shame on Wyndham Rewards for even suggesting this place.

We Have stayed here for yrs on our way to Florida. The room is dated but was clean , was bug free. Has everything u need has Wal-Mart and several resteraunts near.

Average accommodations Room was clean. Showing typical wear and tear but bed was comfy. Bath towels a bit small. Tv remote frustrating, think it needed batteries, desk didn't have any. Was mad because pool was closed. They need signs warning of slippery when wet because the ac units drip over the walk way. I did a mean split my foot hit the wet spot on that freshly painted surface. Hate to see someone else fall.

I would not recommend this location to anyone. The photos for this location do not look like the hotel. We were there for a ladies conference, we had 5 rooms. Every single room had roaches, we could hear ppl hitting the walls trying to kill them, you can hold up a light at night and see them coming out of the wall. At midnight we asked to be moved to another room, it was cleaner but I woke up with a roach on my pillow. We had several people who ended up leaving in the middle of the night because it was so bad. Then they told me I would only pay small portion of the room, we paid in cash. yet the card I used to hold the room charged me and have not refunded me. I have called and Melissa never calls back. Or I get they are looking into.

Hard Shell Bug infected. Woke up to find my two e-Bikes were stolen from the bike carrier on my car. ($1500) They were cable locked to carrier. Bolt cutters and knives were used. Talked to hotel clerk….no help there. Called police. Officer said it was a very high crime area. Hotel had a NON-WORKING security camera on the roof. Don’t stay here!

Stayed4 Nights and was Charged for 5, I Called and Spoke to Melissa(Manager) I was told, I will be getting 85.30 back on my Visa, No Refund Yet, The Room 111,Had so many Roaches, Everything else was Ok! Waiting on my Refund. I have stayed here in the past with no Issues, Every time I visit Macon Ga ,But this stay was my worst! PB
