I had a great stay at this hotel and would most definitely return! All members of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My room was very clean, as well as through the hotel, and this hotel had the best gym that I have experienced in the Hilton chain of hotels. Everything was in working order, clean and there were the cleaning and wipe down amenities that one would expect.

Brand spanking new hotel that I’m sure will be wonderful once they iron out the kinks, such as AC triggered by motion. Not a smart move for sleeping. Also was pumping in warm air from one of the air vents. The staff was amazing and accommodating and I have only good things to say about them. Again. Hopefully once the links are ironed out this will be a great stay.

Customer service was the only decent part of this hotel. Got here at 11:25 pm. Locked hotel. Homeless person sleeping half in street that the car in front of us almost hit. Used phone by baggage carts to call in and was immediately let in. Host couldn’t find our reservation but eventually did. Security guard patrolling parking lot….. parking completely filled and had to park in alternate lot. room was decent but bathroom outlet didn’t work. Couldn’t reset it. Bathroom shower door wouldn’t close all the way so it flooded the floor….. breakfast? Nope. At 9:04 am they were out of nearly everything. Only hard boiled eggs and some cheese and cereal left. No no no no no no no. Go anywhere else
