Best Western Plus Hotel DEurope et DAngleterre

Very bad experience in the hotel. Parking was full and we had to park the car on the street with a parking ticket. The next morning the car was towed away because parking was not allowed on Saturday. Police asked us if they had not warned us at the hotel. They had not. The name of the hotel was not unknown to the police. Apparently several other guests of the hotel have experienced this. Police said that they did not understand this because apparently there was a FREE parking nearby. We were not told about this either. Police also told us that when they go to the hotels to report this, they get the answer that it is their responsibility where the guests park their car. Correct information from the hotel should be a must

I was driving from Lyon to Paris via Macon. I was exhausted and chose this hotel to rest for a day. The hotel was renovated from an ancient building. The breakfast was very rural and I had a great chat with the hotel manager. Ps: When booking a room, you must confirm the parking space with the hotel in advance, otherwise you can only park under the tree across the road.

Nous avions réservé avec booking car il y avait une possibilité de parking intérieur payant Lors de notre demande on a dit que pour booking le parking était complet mais que si nous annulions notre reservation par booking et que nous réservions directement par l’hôtel il y aurait un parking disponible !! Autre point litigieux et non résolu c’est qu’ils font une préemption du montant de la carte la veille et vous la recredite non sur votre note finale mais après votre départ ( le soir) Dans notre cas rien n’est résolu Hôtel où la méfiance règne et des procédures pas aussi fréquentes qu’ils le prétendent

Wir haben auf unserer Durchreise nach St. Tropez hier übernachtet. Ein nettes kleines Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Service. Da wir kurzfristig gebucht haben, gab es zum Hof nur noch eine Junior- Suite. Wegen der stark befahrenen Straße vor der Tür war uns ein ruhiges Zimmer wichtig! Können wir auch nur dringend empfehlen! Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich! Für unseren kleinen Hund gab es eine Wasserschüssel und einen Snack. Das Frühstück war prima, besonders der hausgemachte Joghurt mit Kompott. Der Kaffee aus der Maschine war nicht so toll, aber auf Nachfrage gab es einen sehr leckeren Cappuccino! Das Hotel ist nett gestaltet, auch die Bar gleich am Eingang. Trotzdem fand ich den Preis von 300€ für das Zimmer etwas zu hoch
