this hotel is little far from center of tokyo however there are lots of cute eateries, shops, bars nearby. very lively at night and super convenient if you want something to eat or grab drinks at family mart. hotel is ok. they charge for late check out no exceptions.

location is very good. It's easy to access the stations and there is a supermarket next to the hotel. There are serval shopping malls and many restaurants for you to choose.

I think this is the highest quality hotel in Machida. Their service and rooms are very good. One concern is distance from Machida station. It takes 10min walk. If you have big luggage, it is not easy to reach there.

The hotel is a little far from Tokyo, but my relatives live in Machida, and the price is quite reasonable during the cherry blossom season. There were some foreign staff members, but they spoke very fluent Japanese, had calm posture and demeanor, and were polite when it came to service. The hotel's original organic coffee in a paper carton in my room was fragrant and delicious, and I was pleased to see the meticulous attention to detail. The hotel is in a good location and is convenient to go everywhere. Because my friend who lives here said so, I kept an eye on the hotel. It is said that this hotel is the best hotel in Tiantian. Except that the room is a little small, everything else is good. There is a supermarket next to it. Please note that the supermarket does not accept Alipay, only cash.

Location: Close to the less busy ticket gate of JR Machida Station. If traveling by train, it's recommended to stay on the Yokohama side. There's a Daiei (Aeon) nearby that's open until 1:00 AM, so drinks and food are readily available. There are also plenty of izakayas and other establishments, so you won't have any trouble finding a place. Facilities: With a chapel and a Japanese restaurant serving tempura and shabu-shabu, this hotel seems to have a long history in Machida. It may seem a little old, but it's clean and has plenty of amenities. The bed is comfortable. There are two types of pillows: firm and soft (perhaps because it's a semi-double bed). The toilet flushes on the "weak" setting, but it's just as powerful as the "strong" setting. It said the hotel is scheduled for renovation, so I expect this will be improved over time. Breakfast: I didn't book without breakfast, so I won't rate it. However, it seems to have a healthy buffet. Other: I found the mechanical check-in system difficult to use (hard to input information).

The amenities were great. Since it was a weekday, I was able to take my time with breakfast. It was delicious. The staff were also very kind, and I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I had the opportunity.

I was concerned about the shaking of the elevators when they were in operation. The middle elevator out of the three was particularly bad and I felt it needed maintenance. Also, the towels were hard, so I wondered if they were well-used or if they were not properly cleaned. As for cleaning, some of the pillowcases and towels smelled like sweaty socks. Other than that, I was satisfied.
