The hotel was very clean, but there were a few things that made it from good to average . 2 things stuck out,1st was the sensor to turn on and off the ac was hanging in a weird location, so at first it took me a few minutes to turn on and off the ac.it was annoying. The second was a very thin door between my room and the room next to mine, I could here the neighbors very clearly, which wasn't there fault, just a thin door. Every thing else was great, customer service, breakfast, location, and great value.

Funcionários atenciosos, hotel limpo, variedades no café da manhã. Perto das principais praias de Maceió. Tem estacionamento. Elevador funcionando sempre. Troca das toalhas sendo feitas diariamente, bem como a limpeza do quarto. Gostei muito.

Ótimo hotel. Quarto com tamanho ótimo, limpeza excelente, boa roupa de banho e cama. Café da manhã bem variado com destaque especial para a tapioca feita na hora.
Tenho apenas um ponto a destacar: na descrição da reserva informava estacionamento privativo grátis, mas ao chegar no hotel fui informado que somente o estacionamento ao redor do hotel, vagas abertas na calçada, são gratuitos. Para colocar no estacionamento fechado é cobrado um valor de R$15,00 a diária. Conversei com a administração sobre a reserva incluído o estacionamento e foi resolvido. Sugiro que atualizem a descrição aqui no site. Fora isso, tudo perfeito no serviço do hotel.
