A fantastic venue, and great stayed 3 nights for business , rooms were modern and comfortable. I ate there twice and the food and service was magnificent. The waitress Henrietta I think her name was was new but was really attentive and professional and made my dining experience extremely memorable. Will look to book myself and the wife on a spa weekend and take in a little golf. Don’t get to use the spa but will definitely be giving that a go next time too.

Mottram Hall were amazing hosts for our Francis House Children's Hospice Starlight Gala. The food was excellent, staff and service was warm and attentive. The whole event from booking to execution was very professional and smooth. The venue is gorgeous and barely needs any decor. All of our guests had an incredible evening and I have had some wonderful feed back. Huge thank you to Paul for going above and beyond on the night and Netty who worked very hard to make it all happen. :)

What a terrible experience, despite the spa being wonderful the service was terrible, with many staff inside the hotel not having a clue, i.e. being directed the wrong way to our room, multiple issues in the restaurant despite a £120 bill at the end (including a £12 service charge, what service??). All the above we could have handled if the room had been up to par however despite paying for the best room possible in the bundle (terrace room), we were heavily disappointed. - The room was horrendously cold despite having the heating on full blast. This was due to the terrace doors which were rotting, single paned and had a massive gap between the two doors allowing lots of wind in. - The bedside plug sockets were also a major issue, having only one plug that isn’t even a standard uk plug. - The bathroom didn’t impress either with a massive crack in the mirror and the mirror light on the blink. - There was also mold around the bathroom extractor fan and the adjoining door let in a lot of noise from the adjoining room. - The seal on the shower screen is completely disgusting and covered in grime which could easily have been cleaned. After speaking with a receptionist prior to booking, it was promised the bed in the terrace room would be a kingsize but it definitely was not.

We visited Mottram hall for my sisters birthday, we had such a great experience with the most lovely staff. Inda behind the bar was amazing, and June was very helpful.

We had a wonderful time at our fundraiser that was held in Mottram Hall. The space was dressed beautifully for Christmas and the food & drinks were brilliant. The staff were super helpful and accommodating, especially June who made sure we always kept hydrated throughout the night (putting on an event is thirsty work!). Huge thanks to the team for their support and hopefully we will be back again next year.
