Amazing space for a couple. They have deposit rules which they pay back on the past day of your stay. The room offers water, drinks and delicious cookies for free. All amenities are free and best part is they have proper rules that you have to show your key downstairs again on the next day so restart as of how many days you have booked for security reasons.

We have a very good vacation in Macau. The hotel is in very good location nearby Broken Church. Its Just a minute walk, sorrounded with many restaurants to eat. Easy checkin and check out. Room was clean and nice, my kids loved the duplex room stairs. Only the lift seems little outdated rest all ok. Didnot tried the hotel restaurant. I will recommend.

Good location with lots of eateries n convenient stores around all corners. Never go hungry here. Casinos as well. Very china mainland-ish area here. Stayed for 6D5N.Room size is just nice for 2 pcs of 24 inch luggage. Clean n comfy. Daily housekeeping. Bus stops are just a short walk depending on your destinations. Breakfast spread is sufficient. Different menu but repeated following days. Able to request for take out if can't dine in. Self coin laundromat avaliable here. 2 washers n dryers. Each service priced at MOP48, totalling MOP96 for washing n drying. Expensive at this rate but still cheaper than hotel laundry service... Excellent customer service n housekeeping team. Complimentary drinks provided from 11am to 11pm. Only provide 1 laundry plastic bag so far. Didn't replace a new one at all.

The hotel is very conveniently located if you want to access the ruins of St Paul and the attractions near to it. The front desk staff are very friendly and supportive . We had our room on the 21 floor with some splendid views of the Grand Lisboa. The room was a bit old , yet the hotel is very reasonably priced and the size of the room is really good! The room is also very clean with water and amenities (dental kits, combs and soap) provided. The bed was really comfortable ! There are lots of small restaurants nearby , the 24 hour macdonalds and Cafe de Coral are just across the street! It’s a bit hard to catch a taxi from the hotel so we asked a front desk staff member and he kindly helped us ! The taxi was there in no time . All in all, a pleasant stay . Will consider staying at the Fua Hua again if we return !

Reception is very prompt respond, very happy they calm me during midnight there’s a stranger holding a coke tin and knock my door; then next morning also very prompt to help me get taxi when they know I have no Macau handphone number to contact the taxi service. Overall, good experience. But I wish the management can consider upgrade the function on lift, in order to reach the level must using the room Card to scan.

Convenient location in city centre and Casino Grand Lisboa. Easy to take the free shuttle to the ferry terminal back to Hong Kong. Spacious sitting area and nice night views.

Nice room, quiet and spacious enough. Good check-in and helpful. Good decision not to charge parking for guests cars and convenient direct access from car parks to the rooms using the keys. Pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at City Viva Hotel in Macau and had a mixed experience. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated. However, there were a few issues that affected my comfort during my stay. The main issue I encountered was with the room temperature—it was impossible to adjust it to a warmer setting, which made the room feel quite cold. As a result, I had to wear a jacket inside the room to stay comfortable. Additionally, the air quality was a concern; despite the hotel being clean, the environment felt smoky throughout my stay. There was a constant smoky odor in the air, which was unpleasant and detracted from the overall comfort of the room. I was also required to pay a deposit of HK$500 at check-in, which is something to be aware of when booking your stay. Overall, while the hotel is clean and offers decent amenities, the temperature control and smoky environment were drawbacks that impacted my experience.

The staff were very friendly and nice. The only issue was the steep hill. When I just arrived in macau from hong kong, I took the shuttle bus to lisboa and walked to the hotel. It was super tiring, especially with so many luggages. Hotel was nice and clean. They provide shuttle bus only to the casinos and not back. Therefore, if you are not taking the taxi, you will have to climb the steep hill everyday.

I arrived at 1300 hours, but the room was only available at 1500 hours. We requested a late check-out but were only allowed to stay until 1200 hours the next day. I even received a reminder phone call at 1155 hours, which seemed like they were urgently pushing me to leave
