The hotel is family friendly, and bed rail for kids' safety is available. The check-in line takes a bit of time, and the Line Friends restaurant has flies flying around. Kids facilities are great with indoor playgrounds from walkable distances.

Nice hotel, room is new and clean. Line friends style  are wonderful

Nice one. Although the balcony starts to become old/stained. Hope it will be well maintained in the future. Check in has a long queue around 3to 4 pm.

The room and bathroom is hugeeeee, and it is clean. We project my laptop to the TV screen and get to watch a good drama to wrap up our night. Good stay! Not much nice restaurant to choose from , but kids never bother with food, it’s all great.

Fantastic stay at this Line friends themed hotel :) it makes the kids stay so memorable and we loved all the decor and little touches, would definitely recommend!

This is a very cute hotel. I love the details and design of the rooms. The location is a bit far from everything else and there’s no shuttle bus so you would have to spend extra travel time to sight see. All of the restaurants in the mall that’s attached to the hotel closes at 10pm or earlier except their hotel restaurant which has very average food but it’s good that at least you won’t starve because they are 24 hrs if you do take out. Some staff are nice and would volunteer informative information but some have very little knowledge and short. I would recommend this hotel if you have young children and just want to enjoy the stay but if you’re looking to tour Macau, I’d suggest searching for another location more mid point.
