Had a great stay here.. Loved the garden view. It’s a really nice hotel if all you want to do is relax. There wasn’t much shops to go for shopping. If you are looking to shop then this is not the area. This hotel was suitable for us as a couple cause all we wanted to do was rest, relax and it was perfect. Will definitely stay again.

It’s was a great experience in Macau. The room is so big and the bed is so comfortable. The garden view from the room is so beautiful. If we have chance to back to Macau again we will come back to stay here.

I’ve visited the Grand Lisboa Palace twice now and there’s parts I love and hate. What I love is the general vibe of the hotel, its elegance and style. Every hallway makes you feel in awe and the casino is great fun! What I hated this time is that there were no casual bars or restaurants available or open. The only place we could find open was the food hall. Unfortunately, something we ate there gave us a very upset stomach. Furthermore, when I wanted to find something to drink (e.g. cocktail), we looked around and we could only find 1 bar on the 3rd floor. But by the time we got there, they were closing earlier than usual expected. We were then told to go to the casino’s bar ‘Bar Carat’ but it didn’t feel or look like a bar at all. I really hope that the Grand Lisboa take more pride in their food and drink options in the future, because I do really like coming here.

Everything is perfect! The buffet breakfast is excellent. It is the best hotel I have stayed and I highly recommend it.

My first time in Macau, i’m so impressed at their service at Grand Lisboa Palace. As shown at the photo, i’ve placed my specs on the table, the moment i’m back to the hotel, they have placed the wipe beside it. The service is superb! The shuttle bus is convenient too! The breakfast has variety of food but advice to go early to avoid queue

Very good experience, the staff are friendly. The only thing is that you need to reserve check-in time; there are too many guests on holidays, and the check-in queue takes about 20 minutes.

Very impressive, comfortable, relaxing ambiance, relaxing bed and elegant room. Amenities are all functional, useful and very clean. We had a great experience of stay even if it’s just overnight, we enjoyed staying at the hotel. Will surely comeback. I would just like to suggest that maybe the front desk agent can enhance their communication skills because upon check in on earlier time the agent advised us that someone will send a message to my phone number when it’s time to check in which is 3 o’ clock in the afternoon. When it was 3pm, I haven’t received any text message from the hotel that says that we can go to our designated room, so it was a hassle for us, instead we can go straight to our room but sadly we go back to the front desk to ask if we have the assigned room. It was just that simple opinion coming from us, but the main situation is the agent confirmed to me my contact number which she recalls it with one wrong digit number, then I corrected her and she agrees, so I thought she understood that there’s a mistake on what she says about my contact number.

We stayed at Grand Lisboa Palace for three nights and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with elegant design and spacious, comfortable rooms. The service was excellent, and you can really tell they pay attention to the details. The pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were all fantastic — perfect for relaxing after a day out. Breakfast was also top-notch, with plenty of variety and high-quality options. The only small downside was the limited Mediterranean and Middle Eastern selections at breakfast. It would be great to see items like white cheese, walnuts, or Arabic bread included in the future. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip to Macau!
