Bom saber que o hotel está passando por reforma em algumas áreas. Talvez seja esta a maior necessidade de melhoria, pois de resto o hotel é bom, principalmente no atendimento dado aos hóspedes.

Me hospedo no Royal desde 2014 e a qualidade do hotel só vem melhorando a cada dia. A localização é muito boa; quase "pé na areia", próximo à várias agências bancárias, farmácia e etc... Local seguro e bem movimentado. Academia pequena mas completa o suficiente. Boa área de piscina na cobertura. As refeições tem preço justo e são muito bem servidas, além disso o café da manhã é beeeeem variado. O atendimento da equipe, com destaque a para a srta. Larissa, é muito bom e são bem receptivos. Continuem melhorando cada vez mais!

Foi tudo perfeito, recepção, camareiras, garçons, as refeições, o quarto perfeito, fomos muito bem recebidos, sempre com muito carinho e atenção. O hotel Royal Macaé está de parabéns e eu e meu esposo e acredito que todos os nossos irmãos em Cristo que estavam conosco, recomendamos com certeza!

Atendimento ótimo, restaurante bem servido e um ótimo atendimento pela funcionária Larissa, limpeza em geral excelente, camas e travesseiros ótimos, recepção atendimento impecável, grande variedade de refeição (café, almoço e janta)

Lugar lindo, atendimento maravilhoso sempre prontos a resolver qualquer coisa na mesma hora. Comida, maravilhosa do restaurante, fala do café da manhã muita variedade. Quartos com hidromassagem e sauna maravilhosa. Paisagem paradisíaca.
