Tivemos uma experiência muito negativa no hotel. Após o café da manhã, uma pessoa da família passou mal e vomitou durante todo o dia, perdendo um evento importante. Procuramos ajuda básica, como chá ou biscoito água e sal, mas o hotel não ofereceu nenhum tipo de suporte. A única atitude tomada foi o envio da camareira para limpar o quarto, após nossa solicitação. Esperávamos mais cuidado e atenção em uma situação de emergência.

Bom saber que o hotel está passando por reforma em algumas áreas. Talvez seja esta a maior necessidade de melhoria, pois de resto o hotel é bom, principalmente no atendimento dado aos hóspedes.

Excelente hotel com boa localização e atendimento excepcional desde a recepção, serviço de quarto e principalmente o restaurante. O chef William com sua equipe composta por Larissa, Ligia e demais me atenderam fantasticamente bem com pratos saborosos e cardapio variado. Recomendo a todos que vierem a Macaé!!!

Hotel perfeito, infraestrutura maravilhosa, ótima localização (próximo de mercado, farmácia, banco, polo gastronômico), limpeza e qualidade no atendimento. Gostaria de ressaltar a o serviço da equipe da recepção, da cozinha e da limpeza. Todos, absolutamente todos muito solicitos, educados e prestativos. Meu quarto estava impecável, o café da manhã e as demais refeições estavam muito saborosas. Agradeço em especial ao colaborador Jocivando (garçom), que me ajudou a conhecer os serviços do restaurante. Muito obrigada por tamanha gentileza e qualidade do atendimento. Todo o hotel está de parabéns.
