Sobrang saya at madaming amenities. They have steam room, billiards, karaoke. Free kayaking and free diving. Sobrang daming activities nag enjoy kami ng GF ko 🥰 Sobrang babait pa ng mga employees, they are very accommodating ❤️

Ang ganda ng place nila😍 and super duper ganda ng service po nila,ang babait ng staff ganun din po yung may ari🥰 ang daming free nakakatuwa na overwhelmed kami sa free 😂char pero over all po ang ganda ng place di ka magsisisi. Kaya ano pang inaantay nyo book na now na😆❤️❤️❤️❤️

Costumer service is 💯. They have plenty of freebies we did not asked for and the staff always emphasized the complimentary services that we can enjoy. You can even watch the pod of dolphins swimming by the sea if you are lucky! They also offer Scuba diving but I was not able to dive coz we left the next day for another travel. They reply immediately to our messages and questions during and after booking. The food is great and they also offer free videoke! A very nice and budget-friendly place to bond with family and friends. Highly recommended!

Stayed there for the second time for 2weeks this year, supa clean rooms , staff pay so much attention to detail, owners and management are so willing to please guests, the menu changes depending on guest requirements, if there is anything you prefer to eat just ask management, supa friendly staff.

I have traveled around the world to quite a lot of resorts, l must admit that the service, friendliness and courtesy of this resort was second to none. They were extremely welcoming and accommodating. They welcomed us with complimentary drinks for the whole family and made sure we were all settling in safely. The Manager Sir Donald was a very hands on Manager and could not do more to help make our stay as enjoyable as possible while the rest of the staff did more for us than any other resort l have ever stayed at. Needless to say, l will return to stay at this resort again when l return to The Philippines. The facilities at this resort make sure that you are never bored wondering what to do. I totally recommend that everyone coming to this part of the world check it out, you certainly will not regret it.

Great place to run away from the hustle of everyday life. I love the vibe of this resort. The staff is really amazing and full of smiles. From Donald, the supervisor who really took care of all the small details we needed, to the cook and his team who accommodated us, Pam, Mars, Christine, Jenel with his amazing voice, Jade with her kind face, the 2 Christians, Junjun, Josh, all of you who made us feel home. Also, thank you to Kuya, who took care of my diving gear. Thank you again for your kindness. Bongskee, my master diver with whom I did 8 dives , really enjoyed every moment in that resort. Some people might say it's not wow 5 stars resort yes but the vibe and the people make up for it. Thank you, Philip ( the owner ) for the complimentary drinks that kept coming. I recommend this place for families and couples who are looking for a nice vibe. This resort is not Padi certified, so it's not a typical diving resort, but they booked me a Master diver with a boat, and I can't, but thank them for the fun I had. Will be back next year for sure.

I wish to commend the management of Philip Ann Resort headed by Donald (Property Manager) and his outstanding team/staff for making our 2 nights and 3 days a very memorable and truly relaxing experience. We had a Japanese guest with us and we requested a nice “seafood boodle fight” setup in the beachfront bamboo raft and Donald made sure that everything is perfectly organized. Afterwards, we had a great time snorkeling and kayaking the whole afternoon and later on enjoyed the stunning sunset. A very nice and friendly mini resort in Mabini. Great location with a coral reef on its doorstep. Do not expect a sandy beach however. There are small rocks/pebbles by the shoreline and then reef immediately after. Young children will find it difficult to swim or play there. The restaurant offers some very tasty food but stick to the filipino or South East Asian dishes (they have not got the hang of the European ones). The staff is very friendly and accommodating, top marks for them. However: a major negative point is that they advertise the rooms to be bigger than they actually are. When I travel with my family I always make sure to book rooms or suites of a certain size since we appreciate space. I used ********** for this booking and I booked the largest room available at the resort; the Family Suite. The resort advertised this as beeing 87 sq m and good for 6 people. Upon arriving I discovered that the Family Suite is nowhere near 87 sq m. Far from it. I estimated it to be 30-35 sq m. 6 people will struggle in this "suite". We were 2 adults and 1 child and found it cramped. The suite is the same one as in the photos on the booking websites so we did not get the wrong room. So either someone at The Philip Ann Resort can not measure a space properly or they are deliberately lying about the size of their rooms. Anyway, I was very annoyed and displeased with this false information and I would have picked another resort if I had known the true size of this family "suite".

Had a wonderful weekend thanks to Donald and his Team. The staff are amazing...they can do anything you ask. The food was delicious and the ambience was very relaxing. Thanks again Donald and all the amazing Team Members. Definitely on my "Must Return" list. Scott 🇨🇦
