This hotel is located at the back of the huge shopping center SM City Clark. It is conveniently located where you can go shopping and eat at restaurants. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are among the cleanest in Asia. The towels are clean and you get two bottles of water every day.
The staff were very accommodating, and they were flexible with requests for transportation, breakfast packs, microwave heating, hot water and ice, etc.
I also went for a morning jog inside the shopping center. Outside, the roads were often overturned, so it was safe inside.
The website said there was a washing machine room, but there wasn't, and there was only a paid laundry service.
Above all, it's safe inside SM City, so I recommend it!

Buffet is superb. Expresso or latte included. Best cheese and variety of dishes but the same kind in every stay. Rooms are clean. Mattress is brand new, enjoy floppy pillows. Free Welcome drinks and very quiet location. Express checkin and checkout. No hastle. But How come clark room rates are higher than in north edsa? The pool is heated and clean

What Inlove anout this hotel is that they have an overnight restaurant that has a lot of menu and they also serve wines. They have variety of food as well. Their restaurant is called Hues with very nice color too.
Lastly their toiletries, the scent is very nice. It doesn’t trigger my asthma. I really love the scent. Every place in this hotel was well maintained.
By the way we rented 6 rooms out of the 6 rooms, only 1 is not cleaned. It is full of dust as per my 2 colleagues. They said the room hasn’t been used for quite a while maybe.
