Wow, this hotel is so beautiful. It's right in the city center. It has a spa. It's so beautiful. I will stay here again. I booked a big room. It has one hall and two rooms. It's very nice to see the Ferris wheel from both halls. I'm very satisfied.

This was a horrible hotel. The staircase in the room was very difficult to navigate and noisy. The bathroom was downstairs and the room upstairs, not noted on the website. The heat did not work and only some of the lights worked. The staff left and closed the hotel at night, so there were no staff on duty overnight. The worst thing was the noise. It was incredibly noisy in the area and worse because of the holiday market. The loud noise could be heard for miles and went on until 3 am. This was not noted on the website or told to me at check-in. When I brought this up to the staff and manager, they were rude and not helpful. They said it was the guests responsibility to check the local area for noise. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this site.

It is a nice hotel. In a very touristic area which we didn't like as much. But the hotel is a calm haven. The staff are friendly, the reception area is very nice to relax in.

The hotel is in a good location. The room was fairly large. The bathroom is split into two rooms with no sink with the toilet. The hotel is difficult with suitcases as you have to go up or down stairs to get to the elevator. When we arruved we were told where rhe hotel parking was located (25 euros per day or part of day). Turns out there was city parking right acorss from the hotel which we sisnt notice and they didnt tell us.

I booked a standard room for 3 nights. I was there to move my daughter into her dorm for her semester abroad.
PROS- Very central location with numerous restaurants and shopping right in the square. The room was impeccable and clean. The King size bed took up most the room but that was perfect since we were mostly in the room to sleep. The daily bottle of water was a nice touch. You can only access the hotel entry with a key so it felt very safe. For check-in, they buzz you in.
CONS- the front desk in down 1/2 flight of stairs and then the elevators were back up that flight and the another 1/2 flight up. We had packed for my daughter’s 4 month stay so it was quite a challenge getting things to our room. I did have her wait at the entry with the luggage so we only had to take it up 1 time. The room storage and shelf space was a bit lacking so for a longer stay, it may be a bit inconvenient. There was an outdoor event being set up that took up the whole square so it was a bit inconvenient but not terrible. That was not in the hotel’s control but something to consider.
