Breakfast: The buffet breakfast is extensive, delicious, and well-received by many users.

Because of the beautiful weather, the room was already warm (no air conditioning), and leaving the window open at night wasn't an option due to the noise from the street. Although the bass from a nearby disco does keep you awake. Furthermore, the hotel room is very basic; the shower head lowers by itself, and the breakfast is a standard hotel breakfast, while on the terrace, it turns out they have quite a bit more to offer...

We came in for lunch, and asked in Dutch if we could choose a table. The female employee that was standing at the bar looked at us and told us that she only spoke English. So we switched over to English and asked for a table, she told us in a disinterested tone that we could choose a table anywhere in the restaurant. We sat done at a table for two and waited for a waiter. We have waved to staff several times to order drinks and food. Eventually, we were helped by a friendly waitress. The waitress who told us we could choose a table when we arrived walked, through the restaurant with a tray of little signs marked with reservations. She placed one on our table with a reservation for an hour and a half later. When I asked her what this plate was for, she explained in an unfriendly manner that the table was reserved. When I asked why she hadn't given us a table that wasn't reserved, she responded irritably that we still had plenty of time. When I said that we had come to enjoy lunch and didn't want to be rushed, she said there was nothing she could do for us and walked away. After a while, she brought our food and placed the plates on the table rudely without saying anything else to us. After we had eaten, we paid for our food to another waitress. When we left, the rude waitress didn't say anything (enjoy your day or bye). We found this to be an unpleasant lunch experience. The waitress treated customers rudely, and that is not acceptable. The food tasted good.

The single-room is very very very small, the bath is too tiny for a man to use without flooding it. Breakfast starts at 8 a.m. what is too late imo, but is OK for its price. The coffe tastes medium. Service-staff is pretty nice and friendly. No too bad but also no too outstanding stay.

The staff and cafe below are amazing, kind, and patient! Great area to stay entertained and they had a live band play the evening I was there and it was great! Big vibes and good energy!!!

Extremely disappointed and angry after finding out today that I have been fully charged by this hotel as a no show for a booking that I 100% never made. No record of anything on my *********** and I did explain this however I have now been charged the full amount with zero communication. I will be disputing this with my bank. They said on phone they would sort it but given I'm in a different country they did not even try. Just took the money and no email..nothing. This has left an extremely bad taste now and I'd worry the same may be happening to others. Had to leave 1 star but zero is how I feel. Very upsetting.

Despite me contacting them via email prior to my visit telling them I am Coeliac and dairy free and their assurances they could cater for me it turned out that they couldn’t. The only thing they could offer me was a salad 🙈 and whilst it was a very nice salad I needed something with more substance. before attending the Andre Rieu concert. Service very slow also. Disappointing as they knew I’d booked in advance with my dietary requirements.

The room looked out into an off road area at night it was very noisy up until gone 01:30 there was an Irish bar that was banging out music I had to close the window even with ear defenders " supplied " you could still hear the thud thud of music there was no air conditioning in the room one small portable fan that was next to useless , no tea / coffee facilities supplied I was a bit disappointed as this cost over 400euros for Friday and Saturday night ,the staff were great but afraid the room was a bit of a let down, sorry

It's a great location on the town square with a lively restaurant below. The noise can be a little loud on the side closest to the street, but the windows when closed block much of the sound, and earplugs are offered.
