幫朋友定的，馬城唯一一個無鑽的酒店。好像是個歷史建築改的酒店。喜歡這個調調和歷史感的推薦。 但是朋友説不如河邊的皇冠看着大氣，主要是房間因建築內部改造的，房間不如國際酒店看起來好。

We stayed in room 401 for 3 nights - unfortunately, the room was located in the “Guard house” next to the Monastery. Pro: - Superb Location. 5 - 10 min Walk from the Main Square. - Unique Building for a Hotel! We were curious how the rooms are in the “Main Building” though. - Plenty of Restaurants nearby (We didn’t eat in the Spencer’s Restaurant that’s on-site of the hotel. - Check-in and Check-out are fast. - Friendly Staff. Cons: - Dated Rooms. Bed and Nightstand reminds me of IKEA Furniture. The Nightstand is also too low - see pic - No Hooks to hang up Towels. - Not much Counter Space. - Room 401 is on the first floor, next to the main door. Often woken up by other Guests slamming their doors. Car Lights shining into the Room since the Curtains are not wide enough to cover the sides, so every few sec, car headlights would still shine in. - Check out is at noon, but Cleaning staff already stopped by 11 am to clean room before we even checked out. Had to ask them to come back since we were still packing. - Valet Parking cost: 45 Euro per day. But Car was always ready at the requested time though!

An stunning hotel. A beautifully restored historic church celebrating the Gothic Style. Upon arrival we were welcomed with prosecco and given a moment to relax and enjoy the artistic and grand surroundings of the bar on the ground floor. I particularly enjoyed the modern art placed perfectly within the Gothic architecture. Many pieces were for sale. A very aesthetically pleasing area to enjoy a calm aperitivo to start the evening. Our bedroom was very spacious and comfortable. A very peaceful stay. The cocktail bar was a very nice place to enjoy a drink before heading out into the historic centre for a Spanish meal. Beautifully converted nave area with dramatic lighting and furnishings made it a pleasure to sit and enjoy the pre-dinner drinks. The breakfast in the morning in Spencers was just such a beautiful space to enjoy a delicious breakfast, sitting amidst the centre of the church space on a raised floor. The service was impeccable. On leaving the reception produced a local baked flan for my husband, a complete surprise. They had noticed it was his birthday and this was our parting gift. A truly exceptional hotel to enjoy the finer things in life. This is my second time at this hotel and I am sure it will not be the last. We highly recommend it if you wish to truly spoil yourself.

Renovated 15th-century monastery of the “Crutched Friars” which is stunning. It is a beautiful mix of old and new. The "bones" of the property are old, but the inside is updated and awesome. It is a mixture of old and new. My room was a suite with a very large shower, an extremely comfortable bed with the best duvet I ever slept underneath. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The receptionists were helpful and the grounds beautiful. The hotel is about 5-7 minutes walk from the town square and farmer's markets and loads of restaurants. It is an ideal location, quiet, but safe. I would gladly come back anytime.

I frequently stay at Marriott boutique hotels and this one had a great lobby and great customer service. It was about $1000 for 2 nights and our hotel rooms in the courtyard were just ok. They were small and basic with limited natural light. For what we were paying it was overpriced and would not recommend. It pains me to say it because they dont have much to work with but the price point need to match the experience.

Its nice Hôtel every year live there few days but this year i think they changed staff cuz they took from my laundry my t-shirt and they did not back with my clothes and i forget my umbrella in cabinet when i ask them in email they said we did found it, nice house keeping management this is bad administration for new staff.

Breakfast is not good . Inadequate open buffet. Even the breakfast of hotels including breakfast is richer. Breakfast where they get 40 euros per person. The hotel was crowded for the next day, the service was very slow and we waited a long time.
