We stayed in the three bedroom apartment... just a delightful place to stay. It was quiet, warm, and just lovely. Had breakfast at the hotel one morning and it was delicious. Staff were kind, friendly and very helpful. A great stay. Thank you!

Loved this hotel, very convenient for the train station and a short walk to the old town. We stayed here when we went to an Andre Rieu Christmas concert. Highly recommend it.

Room # 12 is extremely small
Attended an Andre Rieu concert in Maastricht. Hotel location was excellent; close to rail station and MECC . Proximity to downtown Christmas market was excellent too . Hotel food was very good . Hotel room was extremely small with no room to even open a suitcase . No coffee machine or amenities in the room

Altijd goed bij Alex maar dit keer niet. Een zg. De Luxe kamer geboekt die echter vergeleken bij de andere De Luxe kamers absoluut niet zelfde standaard heeft. Zorg dus dat je niet op de hoekkamer de luxe op de derde (zolder)verdieping terecht komt. Laag plafond met schuinte dus kleiner gevoel voor m2, geen bureautje, badkamertje zonder raam, verouderd tegelwerk, slechte ventilatie. Bedhoofdeinde tegen zolderraampje met niet goed afsluitend gordijn. Kortom absoluut geen aanrader. Deze kamer zou niet als De Luxe mogen worden aangeboden. De standaardkamer waar ik ook wel eens verbleef was kleiner in m2 maar meer value for money. Jammer!

We hadden geboekt voor één nacht. Toen ik boekte had ik niet door dat het een volledig appartement aan de stationsstraat 27 was. Eigen keuken, drie slaapkamers en een woonkamer. Heerlijk! Erg netjes en schoon. Slapen aan de achterzijde heeft de voorkeur door drukke staat aan de voorzijde. Volgende keer als we boeken komen we niet alleen!

Wij hebben in het restaurant gegeten. Erg leuke en vriendelijke bediening maar het eten was ronduit slecht. Haas van wildzwijn met rode biet en als je de rode biet in de mond nam dan was het een zoutpot, niet te eten. Een lauwwarme eendenborstsalade die uit de ijskast kwam een dressing die niet te vinden was. Bediening voelde zich opgelaten maar de chef deed er niks mee. Verder dan twee drankjes van de rekening afhalen kwam men niet. Waardeloos, never nooit meer

371.-Eur/ Nacht im Doppelzimmer. Das Frühstück inkl. Frühstück basic, sehr enttäuschend, kein Büffet, nur das Notwendigste….bei dem Preis…..schade. Kein Aufzug. Lärm in der Nacht im Obergeschoss….. Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber, das Personal freundlich. Wir werden dieses Hotel sicher nicht mehr buchen. Der Preis zu hoch , da gibt es schönere Hotels zu dem Preis, für eine Nacht.
