Used to stay here frequently for business pre pandemic. After 4 years of absence, they have continue to uphold the quality with upgraded amenities.

Hotel located in close from main station. Very stylish design, nice hospitality. I really recommend it.

Hotel’s location was great, but the room itself was alright. In the bathroom there was slight mold on the shower tiles. The room was spatious though.

Very good location and very friendly staff. It is also important to mention that the room was not cold.

There were only two coffee capsules, but that can barely be called an issue. We had a lovely stay

This hotel is very well located, very close to the train station and walking distance to everything that the beautiful town of Maastricht has to offer. The room is large, comfortable and clean. The staff are polite, friendly and extremely helpful. Overall a nice stay. Highly recommended.

Very strange room layout, from door to the window is bed, wash area and desk. If the bed and wash area are exchanged their place it would be better. The best things are it’s good location, very close to Maastricht Station by 3 minutes walk away, and the good service from staff at reception, in particular Andre’ ( if I remember correctly the young man with golden curly hair). No slippers, but can borrow adapters and 2 bottles of water are provided in room.

Nice hotel, with a great location near the station. Bars and restaurant are around the corner. Also possibility to store bicycles which was a nice surprise.

Really cool, special rooms. TV did not work.

Mediocre stay. Room with window also had a window via the bathroom: which could not be darkened. Result: awake from 06:00. Breakfast is standard Dutch breakfast. Not to be repeated. Note: comfort room can also NOT have a window: new owner, new names and therefore comfort is not always comfort!

Very nice hotel, well equipped, the staff is pleasant, friendly and welcoming, the rooms are comfortable and very well equipped... we had a very pleasant stay and will return with pleasure
