We’ve now stayed at Prime Suites many times and have just started staying at Design Suites. It’s become our home away from home. We just love the apartments and studios. Everything is spotlessly clean, modern and the attention to detail is just great. There’s always fresh milk, fruit and water waiting on your arrival. Best places to stay in Lytham, St Anne’s

Lovely place to stay I would recommend staying here. It was so clean and comfy. Everything you need nice kitchen and Lovely bathroom We was room 6 top floor it was okay for us but not if struggle with stairs but they do have 2 ground floor appartments. The housekeepers were all lovely and friendly. We were staying 2 nights but ended up staying 3 nights Good checkout time 11am. Had hairdyer and shower gel hand soap and soap for washing up. Good coffee machine We were left tea coffee sugar milk biscuits and water. Salt and pepper sachets Just perfect for our anniversary Plenty of shops pubs restaurants in walking distance and beach and pier just across the road 10 minutes walk We will be back again. Our room had a child's bed in it too.

3 night stay. Perfect in every way. Modern, very clean, very comfortable, hi-tech, brilliant location. We stayed in the ground floor apartment, which was brilliant for me and my mum, who is 92 and uses a wheelchair. Tea, coffee machine, milk, filtered water, fruit bowl (apples were delicious). Owners/Manager on hand via phone for any help/advice. Cannot fault it. Would book again without hesitation 👌

Lovely apartment,very clean and comfortable ,everything you need for a holiday ,the little extras of milk tea coffee and fruits very thoughtful .The only minus was no internet connection in the top floor apartment ,would stay again .

Pros -Nice apartments -Good location -Restaurants and bars all within walking distance -Large apartment -Parking on site or street parking Negatives -I spilled water and when I wiped it from the floor I could see the floors were dirty and needed moped. Childs socks also became manky -could do with some touch ups paint work on skirting’s etc Stayed here as a family of 4 (2 young children) brought our own travel cot plenty of room for this in the bedroom & fold down bed was already out for us. I would return but just those couple of negatives as would hate for the apartments to slip.

Apartment was lovely, first night was not good as the toilet was banging all night so didn’t sleep much which was hard for me as I came away for a quiet weekend as just gone through cancer treatment, everything in the apartment was very clean,
