Complimentary Car parking nearby and one dog friendly (£10 per night dog fee). MSPA Hot tub for 4 guests fees apply. Located a 3 minute flat walk to beach/sea, shops and restaurants in the most beautiful part of the Old town. The Duke of Monmouth penthouse apartment which accommodates 5 guests in 3 bedrooms (Superking and 2 x king beds) . The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen/diner with SMEG fridge and appliances, luxury living room with chaise lounge, roll top bath and shower cubicle. Garden has a large outdoor seating and dining area with a BBQ. Monmouth House is a Grade II listed house dating from the 1600’s which has been sympathetically renovated with historic features. The Duke of Monmouth resided here during the 1685 Rebellion.
