首先 前台服務員的態度還是很好的 但是有一説一 我來這邊是為了考試，可能是訊息不同步的原因貴酒店並沒有準備專門的考生樓層， 導致 旁邊住宅樓的聲音吵不停，我住了兩晚兩晚都吵 前台也確實沒有好的解決方案，但是離店的前一天早上 明明都掛了請勿打擾還是要打擾客人休息去問房間暖氣有沒有漏水？？ 我不知道貴酒店的員工培訓是怎麼進行的。
