優點：要求安排安靜的房間，幫忙提前安排；前兩晚入住衞生服務體驗很不錯；
缺點：換房續住後，窗簾智控開關不靈敏，需要手動才可以開關；
熱水壺和壺蓋接觸的地方有一圈棕色的印記，燒水中看到後就沒在燒水
下訂單換房續住，前台以確認訂單為名，拿客人的手機私自進行點評，不做任何告知；離店後前台讓幫忙點評，打開手機才發現第一個訂單已經被操作點評。致電前台：剛開始根本意識不到問題，直接回復既然已經點評就不用再點評了，後又解釋是新員工，給予補償，不接受任何補償。對於入住中問題，不是原則性問題，都可以理解，而且好評也是積極配合，但對於未經允許，也不告知在手機操作好評的行為真的十分氣憤
