Located ~700 m from the main train station, near thr lake, however, all the rooms are obscured by other buildings so there’s no view of the lake.

The lady staff at the reception was horrible. She was being racist and laughing and giggling. Her customer service was zero. I do not feel it was a 4-star hotel. Its customer service and facilities were like 2-3 star hotels. It was very costly with that service

Everything is as expected in a Lucerne hotel Facilities: Not bad, the shower leaks a little Hygiene: Average, but 1k+ is basically OK in this location in Lucerne Environment: Very good location, surrounded by the center of Lucerne and some attractions Service: Not bad
