One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in in my life.
Smells terrible, and the entire area feels unsafe.

階段を登ったところに受付があり、見つけるのに多少の時間を要しました。受付のフロアには、コーヒーマシーンや電子レンジがあり、いつでも使えるようでした。フロントの方は丁寧に対応してくれました。自分の使ったシーツやタオルは多少嫌な匂いがしたのですが、早朝便のための前泊だったので、大きなストレスはありませんでした。十分な大きさのベッド、清潔なトイレ、シャワー、ヘアドライヤーもあり、平均的な空港近くにあるホテルだという印象を受けました。

冷氣壞了改用風扇就算了，廁所不能沖水和櫃枱反應也沒用，只是一直叫我們沖水沖久一點，真的很令人生氣

The hotel was affordable for a family room in Luton’s city centre with a spot for coffee, hot chocolate, water and more by the sides whilst you waited to check in.The rooms were also lovely and spacious but needed pest control as there were multiple insects.
