酒店就在Loch Lomond邊，Luss就在旁邊，純度假的地方，靜謐，風景如畫。酒店的房間應該都是對着湖，但設施明顯有點舊。不過，整體可以。酒店前台讓我們下車的地方叫不到出租，業務呵呵。大概都是自駕來的吧。

STAY HERE EACH YEAR FOR OUR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY - THE STAFF GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE IT SPECIAL FROM LITTLE TREATS IN THE ROOM TO FRIENDLY HELPFUL STAFF INCLUDING RECEPTION STAFF, HOUSEKEEPING, THE CHEFS AND THE RESTAURANT STAFF WHO ARE ALL A CREDIT TO THE HOTEL

Unprofessional waiting staff in restaurant ! Was gifted a spa day with afternoon from my partner , spa facilities were amazing very modern and clean , enjoyed it , however when over to restaurant for the afternoon tea , we were greeted with a young blonde girl who looked us up and down on arriving to check our booking and take us to the table ! When she asking us what we wanted to drink she was pretty rude and her facial expression was like she didn’t want us to be there ! Have never felt so uncomfortable in my whole life ! We never received our glass of prosecco or juice that we ordered ! We also didn’t eat much of the food and we got up and left ! Not a great experience at all ! I work in hospitality and the staff are definitely needing some customer service training !

We stayed at The Lodge on Loch Lomond for one night en route to the Highlands and absolutely loved it. The view from our room was incredible — right on the loch — and the bed was super comfortable, making for a wonderfully relaxing stay. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, and although the dinner menu itself didn’t initially look very inspiring, we were pleasantly surprised — the food was really good, well-cooked, and full of flavour. Breakfast the next morning was a real highlight, with a fantastic variety of options and everything fresh and delicious. A perfect stopover in a breathtaking setting — we’d happily stay longer next time!

Booked into restaurant for lunch. We ordered the burgers that came with chips. The chips were oven chips and were completely oversalted. The burger was on a bun with cheap iceberg lettuce and the mayonnaise and ketchup was poor catering quality. The desserts were not much better. The pavlova was difficult to cut through even with a knife and was akin to eating bubblegum. The worst meringue in experience. We had to wait 20 minutes for the dessert and got it eventually by talking to the bar staff. The staff were friendly and helpful. For the price that was being charged, the standard of food did not equate. We would not recommend eating there

Overall a positive experience. We had a nice room on the first floor with a lovely lake view. The room was spacious and had a nice little balcony to sit on and admire the view. We were on half board , and found the food tasty although slightly limited choice at dinner, also they were very strict with your meal time booking , we had a 6.30pm slot on evening and got to the restaurant at 6.15pm and was advised we were early and to wait in the bar area, the restaurant was particularly busy at this time so assume they were managing orders into the kitchen. The hotel was clean and decor didn’t look too “worn” and staff friendly and helpful, my only negatives relate to the bed , firstly the bed was very uncomfortable the mattress had no support and felt old , secondly the bed sheet wasn’t a fitted one and actually didn’t fully fit the mattress which got annoying during the night. As I say overall a good stay , just a shame about the bed situation.
