意外收穫超級好的一家酒店啊！！！
村子裏最好的酒店！超級小清新！裝修的很新維護的很好！房間裏都特別温馨！很安靜！住的很舒服！可以睡的很香！酒店很好認，面對洛蒙德湖和雪山的小鎮，最好的一家酒店，鹿頭標誌很好認。
前台人很好，小鎮信號不好，進去就教了wifi密碼，攜程預訂後很快前台就收到了。在現場預訂的，體驗很好！
晚餐和早餐都很棒！餐廳在節假日的小鎮上簡直太棒了！！！蘇格蘭早餐太美味了！
如果你路過這裡在洛蒙德湖逗留，一定不要錯過這家酒店！超級好啊！
一夜起來下雪了，小鎮銀裝素裹真的美極了！
最值得一提的是早餐的可頌🥐！是酒店餐廳自己做的，家庭自製那種！真的巨好吃！比在歐洲任何烘培坊買的都好吃哈！錯過這家真的吃不到這麼好吃的了！強烈推薦！

酒店外景色不錯，LUSS是一個很小的鎮，沒幾家人家，歐洲的四星酒店硬件都很一般，不能期望太高。

Our wedding was at the Loch Lomond Arms Hotel, following multiple lovely visits for a winter drink, sunday family dinner and summer stop over... So this wasn't just about the wedding! Kitty, Sophie and their teams made so much effort to ensure everything was perfect including having the resource to flip the wedding indoors for the ceremony when the weather threatened to put a dampener on our big day... The location is excellend, parking ample, accommodation more than comfortable and the costs are more than reasonable for prime Loch Lomond setting and great services... The food and drinks were excellent and staff genuinely looked to be enjoying themselves and contributing towards the postive look and feel we wanted. I'll add more photos once they're available to reflect the beauty of the venue and positive experience we shared, as a result of the site investment, hardwork and care / consideration. Thank you so much and we'll be back soon! - Matt & Rach

A truly awful experience. The only thing we could pick off the menu was burgers. Choice was niche and limited for the average restaurant goer. Would have had the fish and chips but we had it the day before. The service by this young woman with dark hair was spectacularly disingenuous. She managed to serve us last despite requesting things like food or the bill before other tables she was serving. The burgers were out of a packet with frozen chips and were dry and tasteless. We paid £50 for two soft drinks and the burger and chips. Utter rip off. It ruined a lovely trip to Loch Lomond. Needless to say, we won’t be returning anytime this millennia.
