房間乾淨整潔，是在一個古建裏面，裏面很大，
還有古戲台之類，可以去逛逛。
早餐比較簡單，但是雞蛋是土雞蛋，有米線米粉，還有小饅頭。
晚上也比較安靜。很舒服，窗户外面還可以看到山。很不錯。

整個酒店昏昏暗暗連燈都捨不得開，一到那裡以為沒開門，前台工作人員態度很差，一點專業水準都沒有，帶着客人去，當著客人的麪説這是特價房施工會很吵，意思是我們給客人訂了很吵又便宜的房間，真是無語死了，沒法衹能換這個房間，以後不會再去了，整個酒店一個人也沒有，給了早餐券，結果客人9點去了，連早餐都沒有。差評

環境衛生不過不失 服務一般 不熱情 然後要收200押金 可以 我當時還在想 什麼酒店有東西消費啊？然後入住以後 有免費水和收費水 但是我們隻喝免費的 而且我們隻住一晚過度一下 第二天九點就退房了 說押金會原路退回 最後收到197 我想很久到底我消費了什麼 可以扣但是我必須要知道哪怕是三塊錢 所以我致電酒店問 原來是馬桶墊 哈哈哈 好的 據我所知任何酒店的馬桶墊是免費使用的 但是酒店說他們有標價在包裝上 那可能是我真的沒留意 用得太理所當然了 活該扣 後會無期

酒店位置很好找就在鳳家古鎮端頭位置，門口很大的廣場和停車區域非常方便，酒店前台很熱情服務態度很好，房間有小蜘蛛前台給處理速度也很快。效率很高滿意。房間比較乾淨衞生床品舒適。主要是衞生間乾濕分離特別好，酒店比較新。

整體都還好，就是前台服務太差，問個啥就像你欠她錢一樣的。經常出差，住過不下幾百個酒店。目前這家是服務態度最差的酒店，沒有之一！差評，影響一天好心情。
