I recently had a great time at Tuke and I would really recommend it to everyone! The hotel is very conveniently located close to the city center and surrounded by many restaurants and shopping. The staff at the front desk were very warm and friendly. They gave us a warm welcome when we checked in and introduced the hotel's facilities and nearby attractions in detail. Our room was spacious and comfortable with modern decor and the view outside the window was mesmerizing. The mattress was very comfortable and allowed us to sleep soundly every night. The hotel's breakfast is rich and varied, with everything from fresh fruits to hot omelettes, perfect for starting a good day. In addition, the hotel also provides a gym and swimming pool for us to relax in our leisure time. Overall, Tuke is a very good choice. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure vacation, I am very satisfied with my stay. Looking forward to coming again next time!

The location is very good, in the city center, close to the subway, it is very convenient for tourists to go anywhere. Last year, I stayed at Luoyang Grand Hotel during my trip to Luoyang. I had a good impression of the hotel's environment and services. This Spring Festival, I took my family to Luoyang, the ancient capital of 13 dynasties, and chose Luoyang Grand Hotel Airport again. The business car and high-speed rail round-trip pick-up service arranged by the hotel was very powerful. The driver was warm and welcoming. Xiao Xiao from the Guest Relations Department was dedicated and thoughtful in arranging hotel service-related matters raised by the guests before check-in. Thank you and give a thumbs up 🌹. Pros: 1) very friendly and accommodating front desk, they gave us extra water bottles, gave recommendations for restaurants, and responded quickly to my questions on wechat 2) great location 3) clean rooms 4) pretty good selection for breakfast 5) stored our luggage for free 6) they gave us some snacks as gifts when we checked out Cons: 1) our rooms weren't ready for check in when we arrived even though their check-in time is advertised as noon (but it's because their checkout time is at 2pm, so if the previous guest hasn't checked out before noon, it is impossible to get your room at noon); but they can store your luggage for you at the front desk so it is a minor problem if you don't need a room right away 2) there was construction work at the front entrance of the hotel, so we had to walk through a bunch of debris and loud noises; this shouldn't be a problem once the construction work is done, but it was still a surprise for me Overall, the place is great for the price, location, and service.

The location of this place is close to center and MRT. We can go to attractive places easily. The cleanliness and amenities are perfect. Breakfast is quite good compare with price. This is a very nice hotel which is great value for money. The location is great, just around the corner from a large mall (Wangfujing) and lots of restaurants nearby. I especially recommend the little place with 'Chinese Hamburger' on the sign on the road behind the hotel building - they have an English menu and do great roujiamo - they even have a vegetarian 'sujiamo'! We got an upgrade on check in and the room was spacious and comfortable. The cleaners and reception staff were generally polite and helpful. The breakfast was Chinese but was fresh, different every day, and any food that ran out at busy times was always quickly replenished. The free laundry was very convenient and the machines were easy to use. We did have two issues which made staying there a bit inconvenient though. The first was that when the underground car park was full cars could no longer get past the barrier, meaning they couldn't drive up to reception. This was a problem since the road outside was flooded and meant that we had to load and unload suitcases while standing in deep puddles in the pouring rain. The second issue was the keycards: every day we would come back to our room and the keycard wouldn't work. We complained at reception every single day about this issue but it was never resolved.
