房間很是不錯，停車特別方便，周圍的小吃也不少。去哪兒都方便。本來還想換着地方住，住下後感覺挺好的，周圍就餐也方便。接連住了5天。不錯。

這是我第一次給酒店寫差評，在酒店住了3晚。
第一晚給我安排的房間，浴室花灑是壞的，洗澡的時候發現護髮素是空的，從來沒遇到這種狀況。
第二晚要求換房間，早上7-8點樓上就開出現拖凳子吸塵器的噪音，打掃衞生也不需要這麼早吧，完全影響住客睡眠。
第三晚是臨時有事退房後又訂的，攜程訂單是免費升級房型，辦入住的工作人員直接給我第二晚的房間，我提出有免費升級房型，才幫我安排了其他房間。重點是這個工作人員給我升級的房間一晚上都有撞擊聲，導致我一晚上都沒睡好。
洛陽萬怡酒店是我住過服務和設施最差的酒店了，沒有之一！

服務態度非常好，雖然中途出了點問題，但前台姐姐也給出了好幾種解決方案，小哥半夜被叫起來也有在積極溝通給出解決方案，問題都及時解決了。非常的棒，這次來洛陽的入住體驗很滿意。
