The towels and bedsheets were clean and the room was spacious. It was hard to find the reception desk as it was located in one of the rooms on the 13th floor without any indication. The room was quite okay, however the bathroom was pretty old (damaged) and after a couple of hours it started to smell badly (sewage). We asked for an iron, but they didn’t have it. There was a washing machine in the room, but we have not used it. The location is okay with a lot of shops and restaurants around.

體驗太差了，必須差評，嚴重懷疑好評是刷出來的。
第一，價格變動，反反覆覆，我提前十幾天定，到了5月1日價格又變低了，説重新定，被拒絕。
第二，環境很差，馬桶接近壞的邊緣，按好幾次水才下去，牙刷牙膏廉價、衞生紙廉價。
第三，設施老舊，每個設備都透露着老舊，床難受，房間味道難聞，燈光暗，像是十年前的小旅館。
第四，靠近大馬路，隔音效果差。
第五，難找，本身地點難找，樓外面沒標識，到了樓層前台房間藏的很深，也找了半天。

設施：帶家人出行 房間很大 有洗衣機 和晾衣架 還有洗衣液 夏天衣服帶不夠 直接洗了 幹
衞生：房間很大 衞生打掃的很乾凈
服務：前台很熱情 還給我們介紹周圍的設施和遊玩路線 推薦的飯店也不錯
雖然在公寓裏 但是樓層觀景 和交通都很方便 一層都是客房。晚上也很安靜 隔音很好 帶着家人 也很方便
這個好評 是給老闆的 早上退房行李多 老闆主動幫忙拿進電梯 ，攙扶長者 很熱情 。希望老闆保持初心 越做越好

畢業了跟特種兵朋友四個人來洛陽玩，從高鐵站打車3公里就到了，本來想訂兩個房間，老闆推薦了套房，比訂兩個房間還要省錢，關鍵是還可以住在一個房間，非常完美，房間內兩個單獨卧室可以不用分開，還能打機麻，樓下就是商場，晚上去老城區十字街洛邑古城都很方便，泉舜商場的椰青水好喝跟在三亞的感覺一樣，推薦，洛陽很美好玩下次還來！！！
