The service attitude is very poor. When I booked the room, I was told that it was in the North Building. I wanted to change to the South Building with my friends, but there were only empty rooms. They told me that I couldn't change and I had to contact Ctrip customer service if I wanted to change. When I checked out, I returned the room card to the North Building front desk at 11 o'clock. As a result, at almost 3 o'clock in the afternoon, the front desk called and said that the deposit was deducted in full. They said that I should check out at 2 o'clock, but I hadn't returned it at 3 o'clock, so they directly deducted half a day's room fee. Not to mention that we had returned the room card a long time ago, and the front desk didn't remind us what time to check out. They also told us that we didn't see you at the North Building front desk, so they would deduct half a day's room fee. It's outrageous! Please avoid it! Never book this outrageous little hotel again! ! The conditions and facilities are also rubbish. I really don't know what a small front desk is doing? !

酒店住的蠻不錯的，這地方好酒店不多，這個算龍頭了，前台人不錯，熱情大方，酒店暖光燈也很温馨，經常來住，很推薦

裝修老化，服務人員一看就是國企，沒有壓力，早上熱水就沒有了，性價比不高，早餐還不錯！

前天出差趕路，想週日睡個懶覺，清潔工早上 8 點不敲門就開門進來驚醒，就睡不着了。沒見過酒店早上 8 點就清掃房間的，趕投胎嗎？！

很不錯，石化系統的酒店，質量有保證，早餐也很不錯，停車場足夠大，也有充電樁。

幫別人代訂的，石化賓館屬於商務式賓館，年份比較久了，不過設施有更新改造，比較安靜不吵，有充足的停車位。
