I have never come across a hotel with such poor service. It was under renovation on the day I arrived, so dirty and messy. The next morning, there were banging noises everywhere, and there was a power outage. There was no air conditioning in such hot weather, it was so scorching. I reported it to the front desk, but they acted as if they didn't hear me. I was speechless.

位置在洛邑古城，出行打卡拍照特別方便，下樓逛古城，上樓睡覺，在房間就能欣賞古城夜景，鬧中取靜，太愜意啦，是的親子房，服務特別及時周到，工作人員特別温暖，房間小米電視什麼都能看，特別適合帶小朋友來，大人小孩都住的很舒服，以後還要來！

酒店就在洛邑古城裡，開車過去可以停在景區的地下停車場。酒店環境古色古香，門外就是洛邑古城的街道。非常方便，晚上游人如織熱鬧非凡。出去玩也方便，走幾分鐘到外面即可打車。晚上回來衹要跟景區保安説一下住店客人就直接進去了。非常好的體驗。
