首先服務很貼心，在高鐵上就接到了前台管家的電話，打車到酒店時還會有管家來接，幫忙提行李，整個大廳設計很漂亮，很有當地風情，加深了我對神都洛陽的印象，房間也是很寬敞明亮，前台還準備了貼心小物件九宮格自取，順便提一下：下午茶的牡丹花酥真的好好吃哦😄😄😄😄

被這家酒店圈粉，中式門頭晚上超美。暖光打在瓦片上，氛圍感拉滿大廳的牡丹瓷。唯有牡丹真國色，太應景了。唐俑小擺件兒萌趣又有文化工作人員熱情到爆炸，推薦的周邊遊遊玩攻略，出門就是商業街非常方便，逛完買了文創回來和他們嘮嗑，感覺不是住酒店是在洛陽有個温馨的小據點。服務和設計都滿分
