JI Hotel (Luoyang Luoyi Gucheng Lijingmen)

My wonderful time in Luoyang was largely thanks to the All Seasons Hotel. Lijing branch, where do you find so many outstanding employees? From the front desk staff to the buffet restaurant team and even the housekeeping staff, every single person was warm, patient, polite, and incredibly attentive. At check-in, there was a male staff member – he had slightly curly hair and a pleasant voice – who was exceptionally thoughtful. He provided us with two room cards and, understanding we had a slight issue, kindly arranged a late check-out for me. When my son accidentally spilled instant noodles in the lobby, this staff member immediately came to my aid to clean it up. I was quite embarrassed, but he insisted on handling everything himself, not letting me lift a finger. His demeanor was kind, approachable, and calm. Such an outstanding employee truly deserves a quick promotion. As for the hotel itself, our family room was thoughtfully designed, spotless, hygienic, well-equipped, and offered a very pleasant environment. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety that changed daily, and the steamed corn and pumpkin were exceptionally tasty. It definitely meets all breakfast needs, ensuring you can eat your fill, enjoy good food, and it's both nutritious and hygienic. The hotel's location is excellent, with abundant dining and entertainment options conveniently nearby. It's also convenient to walk to attractions like the Old City, Lijing Gate, Yingtian Gate, and Tiantang Mingtang. Lijing Gate is the closest, while Yingtian Gate is about a 30-minute walk, allowing you to explore the surroundings en route. Taxis to these places are around ten yuan. I'm extremely pleased with our decision to stay at the All Seasons Lijing branch this time.

The room was spotless. While there's an elementary school right outside the window, it was very quiet during my stay as it's summer vacation. I'm curious if it gets noisy once school is back in session. Considering the Ji Hotel brand and its price point, the facilities are excellent, and I was very pleased. However, while the breakfast was affordable, the selection was quite limited, making it more advisable to order delivery instead. The staff were all incredibly warm and attentive, always greeting guests proactively. The location is very convenient, with Shizi Street, Luoyi Ancient City, and Lijing Gate all nearby. That said, given the scorching 40+ degree weather, I didn't get to explore thoroughly. A pleasant surprise was the excellent Yan Tianxia restaurant in the vicinity. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, and the room remained quiet throughout the night.
