院子古樸典雅，鬧中取靜，温馨舒適，店家服務好，還特別乾淨。洛陽是一個文化古城，能住到這樣的院子超出預期，出門就是十字街，有好多好吃的，抬腳就到了洛邑古城，離麗景門、應天門也不遠。洛陽值得看的地方太多，在這裏彷彿穿越了，一定還會再來，住這裏，太喜歡了，必須給五星好評！👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

先説説服務，真的讓人挑不出一點毛病。從預訂開始，客服就非常熱情，及時解答我的各種問題。到店後，工作人員貼心地幫我提行李，還詳細介紹了周邊的美食和景點。在我入住期間，每天都會有人來打掃房間，補充生活用品，有任何需求衹要跟他們説，都能第一時間得到解決。衞生方面，簡直無可挑剔。房間佈置很温馨，床品柔軟舒適，睡起來特別踏實。衞生間乾淨整潔，沒有任何異味，洗漱用品的質量也很不錯。這裏的位置也很好，就在十字街附近，出門就是各種美食，晚上還能逛逛熱鬧的夜市。交通也十分便利，去各個景點都很方便。這家民宿無論是服務、衞生還是環境，都令我非常滿意。下次來洛陽，我還會選擇住在這裏!

環境：酒店整體環境非常安靜，就算早上對面的小學開學也不會影響睡眠，因為有一個過道隔開了。整體氛圍讓人很放鬆很安逸。
衞生：酒店衞生中規中矩，毛巾洗漱用品都是一次性包裝的，乾淨衞生。
設施：因為定的是家庭套房，所以在一個單獨的二樓。房間內配套完善，性價比高。
服務：美女服務態度非常好，半夜還幫忙調整投影角度，太感謝啦～
建議：
希望店內配備少許創可貼之類的醫用用品。
房間是四人間但是椅子衹有兩個，可以再配兩個組一個四人桌。
整體還是非常的好哈～Good

這家民宿的體驗非常糟糕，完全不符合預期。首先，位置極其偏僻，周邊幾乎沒有任何便利設施，交通也非常不便。實際環境與預訂平台上的宣傳圖片嚴重不符，房間簡陋陳舊，衞生條件極差，一進門就聞到刺鼻的黴味和異味，根本無法忍受。設施老舊，床品也不夠乾淨，入住體驗極差。價格卻並不便宜，性價比極低，完全不值得這個價位。整體來説，這是一次非常失敗的住宿經歷，強烈不推薦，建議大家謹慎選擇，避免踩雷。

酒店位於步行街十字街往南街方向，附近早餐店很多，各種湯都很好吃又實惠；房間挺大的；衞生間沒有乾濕分離，不大方便；沒有洗衣房，沒有停車場（在南街且收費）；服務一般，提前幾天聯繫幫忙叫三輪車拉行李（由我們自己出費用），最後還是説叫不到，結果我們隨便就叫到了，兩人兩個大箱子才收6元，退房時再打電話叫她來拉，超級神速，實在不相信説的找不到車子；前台有洛神賦演出的宣傳，讓幫忙問問票價，兩晚上問都沒回復，很無語！

這次出來是我們夫妻老倆，訂的這家民宿房間不大衞生乾淨整潔，給了一間挨着小馬路的房間在繁華街道步行街就是坐公交不是太方便還要走一大截，小服務員服務很周到，由於本人身體原因怕熱要求了一床被罩服務員很熱情的給拿了一床，民宿環境還可以就是房間臨分支馬路，頭一天睡得還算不錯感覺很安靜，第二天一宿沒睡有很多做生意的車來回推太吵了，在這裏給服務員提個小小的要求，希望服務員能多些旅遊知識給顧客多提一些交通方面的路途路線，畢竟來這裏旅遊的顧客對交通不是很瞭解，尤其是長者就更別説了那都不認識手機玩的不好所以需要你們多給指導，總之還是好評的
