來洛陽隨便看看，除了入住貴酒店，其餘都很滿意，很難想象，其餘奢華酒店訂套房，都會提前有管家詢問大約幾點入住，有什麼喜好和特殊要求，難道是我預訂的時間已經是下午一兩點了，所以不需要詢問嗎？不問也好啊，我到了洛陽，在前台等了足足十五分鐘？沒房間，折騰半天才給我辦理入住？你們的服務優秀到炸裂了，也好也好，等我晚上從應天門參觀回酒店，哇塞，我套房窗簾我要自己去拉，沒有夜間下午服務嗎？你們酒店太優秀了，還有，裝修的時候別那麼摳門，智能馬桶都不捨得安裝嗎

新開的餐廳位置不足，9點吃早餐排隊時間較久，且餐桌收拾較慢需要自行找餐具，食材準備不夠已經沒有能吃的了😅
客房服務也不是很及時，打電話要東西，取外賣等需要打第二次電話提醒。
小童洗漱用品很簡陋，不像其他酒店那種童趣牙刷，浴袍也很大。

房間設計新穎舒適，窗外就是據説亞洲最大的噴泉，可惜現在不開了。早餐豐富，大堂香味宜人，衞生間洗漱用品是thisworks的草本系列。健身房和泳池都很好，有健身習慣的人非常適合。酒店離景點都比較近，叫專車很方便。樓下就是商業綜合體，吃喝方便。唯一不足，就是酒店衞生間下水管道會返味，很難聞。

酒店整體不錯，服務也還行，周邊配套比較成熟，唯一缺點就是酒店是因開業的，房間味道比較大，需要全天開窗通風透氣。
