Greatest service I ever had in china so far after Beijing, xi’an, Chengdu and Chongqing. Feedback was consistently follow up. Complain about room is warm in winter due to room become heater blower and toilet had a smell. They detergent cleaned up immediately and brought a fan to ease the night sleep. They also provide laundry of free rmb50 per day. Will come back again if back in Luoyang. Only downside is the room is really hot in winter when there is no cold air. Opened the window did not help. Breakfast is the best I have so far .. breakfast for sasahmi is rare.

這次和老公一起來洛陽玩，考慮到景點和交通，以及晚上出遊的方便，我定下了這家酒店。酒店乾淨，整潔，我們入住的三天保潔阿姨都給房間打掃，整理床鋪，更換床單。從接送機場的帥哥，前台熱情接待的服務員，到客房送下午茶的服務員，以及打掃衞生的服務人員讓我們感受到了賓館全體工作人員體貼，周到的服務態度和敬業精神。

應該算是一家比較老的酒店了吧，但確實憑着他家的服務一騎絕塵。服務個人覺得甚至有點過了。下火車有接站，一上車就先送上一份水果，鮮花餅，酒店早餐異常豐富。雖然設施確實有點老了但瑕不掩瑜。

1.酒店位置非常好，附近就是解放路地鐵站，出行方便。
2.酒店的服務一流，特別感謝前台熱情好客；16樓的服務員即勤快，又細緻周到；還有送小食和水果戴眼鏡的女服務員，體貼入微，不厭其煩。
3.房間隔音效果好，乾淨、衞生、整潔，有空氣靜化器。
4.18樓日光閣餐廳明亮豪華，早餐品種豐富。
5.高鐵接送服務，司機主動幫我拿行李，超讚。
6洛陽克麗司汀酒店的硬件軟件都非常到位，我會再來洛陽的。

洛陽克里斯汀酒店，沒來之前就早有耳聞，這裏的服務是酒店界的天花板，説實話，住過的星級酒店很多，對於“天花板”這個詞，聽過太多次，都是言過其實，但這次我可以負責的説，洛陽克里斯汀的服務：名副其實！從入住到離店，可以説是事無鉅細的周到，甚至會讓人感覺不好意思！比如，入住時不僅有歡迎水果，還有歡迎餐食，還是不限量供應！夜床服務、洗衣服務、送餐服務，甚至打掃衞生時能發現我帶了牙刷，直接放了牙刷盒子的小細節，看到我戴了眼鏡回到酒店，服務大姐竟然送來眼鏡布，等等，所有服務人員的笑容及態度都會讓人有賓至如歸，有求必應的感受！還有一件事必須説一下，不小心丟了項鍊，不知道丟在哪裡，找了好久沒找到，竟然被酒店送回，説是掉在了酒店大堂，查了監控，找到是我本人丟掉的，我真的感到驚愕失色，我已經不抱希望找到了，居然失而復得！總的來説，必須五星推薦，這服務甚至高過五星！⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

酒店在細節上做的太棒了，免費接送站服務，接站時舉牌，上車後遞上濕巾和牡丹鮮花餅及水果。老君山爬山回來，送上熱氣騰騰的水餃、酸辣粉，最讓人感動的是送上泡腳盆、葯包、開水瓶，讓我們儘快消除爬山的疲勞。早餐非常豐富，有刺身及大蝦，牛肉湯泡餅、胡辣湯等都很不錯。送站時又送上小紀念品及蘋果，一句話衹有你想不到的，沒有他們家做不到的，各方面都做的那麼的好，沒有一位員工要求給好評！
