酒店客服工作人員，態度冷漠，房間不隔音，樓上ktv，晚上睡覺，叮咚叮咚吵的難受。一夜未眠。和前台溝通後，工作人員過來就鄙視的問我想幹嘛，問我想幹嘛，我衹想住宿的想安靜的休息。就這樣難嗎，別的不想多説了，這是住的最糟糕的酒店。
