11點左右洗澡發現沒有熱水，給前台打電話，説是有故障。晚上一直能聽見對講機的聲音，隔音非常不好，空調温度一直下不了，有點熱。最接受不了的是，這種級別的酒店，菜裏面還有根頭髮，早餐基本沒有吃

房間乾淨衞生，隔音效果好，酒店服務也很温馨，基本上有要求都會滿足，前台兩個小美女特別熱情，酒店去龍門石窟和高鐵站都比較近。機器人送餐特別好，孩子很喜歡和機器人互動。提一個小小建議，最好在牆壁上安裝一個壁掛式小化粧鏡，那就更完美了。

酒店新開的，環境不錯，設施也比較全，最主要是服務非常非常好。而且酒店處於洛龍區和老城區中間，距離隋唐植物園，博物館非常近，打車去龍門石窟和洛邑古城也不是很遠。

房間很舒服，比很多連鎖酒店都好，大廳也比很多同等級酒店好很多，酒店停車也比較方便我們直接停了門口，早餐種類比較多，節假日期間房價有些上漲，不過還好提前訂了，酒店總體來説還是很不錯的

房間乾淨又暖和，我在網上挑選了一路才選擇的這家，距離車站都比較近，前台態度很好，又是幫我拎行李，又是幫我倒熱水的，來的時候比較晚可以挑選的房間剩餘的不多了，酒店貼心的幫我預留了房間，很好值得推薦
