Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Location is quiet yet close to many shops and restaurants. Staff not fluent in English but we managed to communicate using translation app. Helpful n polite staff. Highly recommend hotel to stay in Luoyang.

酒店環境設施非常棒，早餐種類很多很豐盛，住的也舒適，前台服務很好，還有自助洗衣房非常方便，出門沒多遠就是萬達廣場，逛街也很方便，大連鎖住的就是舒心。

酒店24年開的，應該也是翻新的。
1.8-11層是酒店客房，所以和樓裏其他辦公樓的人合用電梯，上下班高峯時間人比較多
2.酒店洗衣房有2個洗衣機和2個烘乾機，都是家用的，所以速度比較慢，烘乾效果不是特別好
3.13樓還在裝修，所以9-18點會有噪音，建議住在8或9樓
4.11樓房間裝修質量不好，據説因為噪音問題，所以要縮短施工時間
5.前台服務水平:入住當天到的比較早，前台答應預留的房間給了別人，衹能住10樓房間。次日早上被噪音包圍
6.1016房間大，但是廁所反臭嚴重。
7.酒店周邊配套好，離牡丹廣場入口近，周邊餐飲選擇多，後面還有萬達和超市。
