民宿很乾凈，麻雀雖小五臟俱全，而且免費提供一次性毛巾和一次性床上用品，非常舒適，床上乾淨衞生，而且有很多的免費礦泉水，老闆人很好，推薦來洛陽遊玩的遊客可以入住他家。
