早餐不錯，餐廳地方不大也算是應有盡有了，麪條餛飩、稀飯麪包、牛奶豆漿、水果甜點都有。酒店從大廳到房間都收拾得挺乾淨，在這個價位算是很不錯了！房間不大，但小冰箱很給力～

整體乾淨整潔，一進大廳就香香的，還送酸梅湯。有很多很好的細節，枕頭是貼合脖子的、拖鞋是有厚度的、有小冰箱等等。設施都很新，電視還能投屏。酒店對面的牛肉湯也好喝。

前台小姐姐好客熱情，服務周到，有問必答、有求必應，還會主動的幫忙烘好衣物讓機器人送上來；房間大、安靜，衞生乾淨；交通方便，很容易就叫到車。

星程酒店作為華住會旗下酒店真的很好，特別謝謝前台工作人員，熱情，耐心，高效，貼心，特別特別好，房間沒有異味，很乾凈，風格時尚，設備齊全，早餐很豐富，位置優越，距離王府井，萬達，泉舜都不遠，去白馬寺周邊都很好打車，特別特別好的體驗感！強推！！！
