帶着父母和孩子一起出行的，訂了兩間房，標間父母住的很滿意，我們一家三口訂的大床房。服務很貼心，下完單店裡都打電話詢問大概啥時候入住、是否需要預留車位。到店辦理入住時隨便問了前台房間內床是否靠牆，想着帶孩子住的話床靠牆更加安全，前台直接給免費升級了親子房，退房又送了伴手禮。酒店離西工小街走路五分鐘、離應天門打車起步價，吃飯、遊玩都很方便，服務貼心、床品舒服，對這個酒店太滿意了

服務：處理問題挺及時的，也給升級了房型。
設施：剛進房間臉盆下水有點漏水，不過很快修好了，就是WIFI太差勁樂，不僅慢還容易斷網。
