酒店設施很新，大廳有熱水機微波爐洗衣房，有送貨機器人，使用很方便。前台人員服務很熱情周到，早上幫忙熱了早餐。因為前幾天在其他城市住的酒店打掃得很敷衍，這次特意留意些小地方，都打掃得很乾凈。房間窗户隔音效果很好。周邊步行10分鐘就可以到應天門、明堂天堂、九洲池景區，離地鐵站和公交站也很近，公交可以直達龍門石窟。附近有小餐館也有洛陽本地特色餐館，用餐很方便。
