GreenTree Inn Hotels in Luoyang

I came to Luoyang for two or three days and looked at the hotel for a long time. This hotel is very convenient near Yingtianmen. There are a lot of food. I can walk directly to Yingtianmen Mingtang Paradise in the evening and it is also very close to the small street Tianfu. The hotel environment is hygienic. It was clean and I was given a room upgrade for free. The electric toilet curtains are also very quiet, and Luoyang specialties were given as a gift when checking out. Very good, I will recommend it to my friends.

I came to Luoyang with my friends and temporarily set this hotel. It belongs to the old town. The location is very good. I first read the evaluation and said that the room was noisy, but we felt very good, the sound insulation effect was good, not noisy at all, very close to the train station. Very convenient, walking distance, the room is very clean, The separation of dry and wet is particularly good, and the service is really good. This was my first time staying at the GreenTree Inn in Luoyang. I was nervous when booking, fearing a disappointment. I was pleasantly surprised. It's located not far from the Yingtianmen subway station. Our room was across from the Jiuzhouchi Scenic Area. The hotel is very close to Yingtianmen and Mingtang Paradise scenic areas—a short walk away! From the window opposite our hotel room and the window next to the elevator (see photo 1), you could see Mingtang Paradise through the trees. Although it's not far from the scenic areas, it's very quiet and uncrowded. It's also very convenient to Lijingmen and Luoyi Ancient City, just one and two stops away from the subway, respectively. Shopping and dining in the city are also very convenient; just two subway stops to Jiefang Road. The service was absolutely amazing. Every front desk lady was kind, considerate, and attentive, taking care of every detail. The service was incredibly personal. The laundry room on the first floor has washers and dryers, and free laundry detergent. After washing and drying, they thoughtfully bring the laundry upstairs by robot. They even gave me a bottle of mineral water when I left! The bathroom has separate wet and dry areas. In terms of hygiene, the hotel is very clean. The public areas are all green and refreshing, giving people a fresh and environmentally friendly feeling of embracing nature. It's really great👍

I brought my children to Luoyang and stayed there for three days. The hotel is not bad, not far from the train station and subway station. The decoration is also relatively new. Overall it's OK. It would be nice to have a richer breakfast.

The service was very good. We upgraded the room to a business king size bed for free. The room was much bigger immediately. The hygiene was also good. The only problem was that the exhaust fan was a bit noisy when we were making breakfast in the kitchen in the morning. It was very quiet at other times. The location is great. There is the Guangzhou Street Night Market downstairs. It is not far from the subway. There are many snacks around. It is a good hotel.

There are small restaurants around the hotel, which is convenient for eating. The front desk service is good and enthusiastic. There are free snacks and free mineral water. I took 4 bottles and felt a little embarrassed. It is worth recommending

The management of room service needs to be improved, but the front desk customer service is OK. At 3:30 pm, they still hadn't come in to clean the room. I called the front desk, and they still hadn't come in to clean the room by 4:00. I called again, and the room service knocked on the door and asked in confusion, ”Hasn't the room been cleaned yet?” 🙄️, how is the room management managed? I don't know whether the room is cleaned or not. There are no snacks around, and it's clean overall.

Service: 1. The staff is different every time I stay. They ask me for my phone number every time. Is it not stored in the system? 2. The price is different every time, so just contact Ctrip and let them know. 3. There is no parking space every time I come. When I book a room, I don’t ask if I am coming by car or if I need to reserve a parking space. 4. Always tell them about the room type every time~

Newly opened hotel, facilities are very good, the front desk service is very warm, the breakfast is very rich, the room layout is very warm, opposite the park, the air is very fresh in the evening and morning walks, the parking lot is large, the parking is very convenient, there is a laundry room, business trip is very convenient, it is recommended!
