The staff are very friendly and willing to help customers with enquiries.
We were allowed for late check out at 3pm.
The only negative feedback is that ventilation from the hotel rooms are not good enough.
I booked 3 rooms, only 1 of the room got aircon with cold air, the other 2 rooms are very hot 🔥.
Was told by the staff that they are using central aircon system which provides warm as it is winter now.
The room was so hot until the kids cannot fall asleep. The technician checked but unable to solve the issue.
We have to open the window and let cold air come in.

房間挺大的，有浴缸🛁，入住 退房都挺快，前台服務熱情，基本上一來羅田，就住這裏，外部環境也很好，有山有水，購買一些生活用品也挺方便！

價格較以前，優惠了很多，環境很好，背山面湖，冬天的陽光曬在落地窗上很暖和，前台幾個小姐姐態度特別好。

服務：前台小姐姐人很好，快遞沒備註放在了負一樓快遞房，我們找不到就帶着我們去拿，遇到快遞點關門了知道我們急用還特意讓保安來開門，入住和退房辦理的也很快；
衞生：總體挺乾淨的人，但是馬桶上有老舊的黃漬，我們消毒了清洗了也弄不掉，最後去買了一次性馬桶套，建議酒店可以準備一下一次新的馬桶用具；
環境：酒店出門走5分鐘就有黃商超市，後面還有一個免費的塔山公園，整體很方便；酒店位置很不錯，外賣都可以點得到；樓層高風景很不錯，時間恰當可以看到晚霞，很漂亮；
設施：陽台有準備晾衣架，這個真的很不錯，長時間出差真的用得到！
出差來説房間很大住的也很舒服，總體很推薦
