維也納酒店整體高端大氣，房間設施齊全，房間空調效果好，沒有噪音。洗臉間、衞生間、淋浴間都各自獨立，乾濕分離，設計合理。床睡得很舒服，尤其是枕頭，高度合理，柔軟舒適，很滿意。本來不含早餐，前台還貼心地送了兩張早餐券。前台態度和藹，彬彬有禮，給人一種温暖舒心的感覺。整體感覺不錯，下次來還會選擇維也納酒店。

酒店氣魄，外觀很漂亮，大堂很大，樓下還有餐館，吃飯很方便。房間非常乾淨整潔，房間也很大，乾濕分離，服務也不錯，早餐也行，有停車場。前一天玩六安天堂寨，不好玩，不甘心，第二天跑到羅田天堂寨玩了一下，好玩多了。就是纜車關了，來回爬山太累。
