就在瀑布景區裏面，服務太好了，電瓶車接送，全景房景觀超讚，還能看到晚上的燈光瀑布，如果是春節油菜花盛開的時候來會更漂亮！免費早餐的米線也很好吃！景區裏還有小小動物園，很適合大小一起度假出遊。

24年2月初帶家人出遊，在羅平的一晚住宿選擇了這裏。
因為是淡季，我們傍晚入住，第二天上午離開時幾乎在景區裏“包場”了，感覺非常好！
位置和交通：
提前一天會有工作人員電話聯繫告知導航詳情，以及溝通預計到達時間。
我們自駕到景區門口停好車就有工作人員開擺渡車來接了。
中途會先去前台辦理入住手續。
設施：
獨棟房間真是麻雀雖小五臟俱全，還有麻將桌。
房內有電視，投影。
不過一進門有很明顯的樟腦球的味道。
當天晚上被巨大的雷聲驚醒，第二天才知道那晚下了久違的一場雨，但當時真的覺得雷聲就在耳畔，離得特別近，雨點打在屋頂上的聲音也格外大。
環境：
就在景區裏面環境絕對贊，步行去瀑布羣也就五分鐘。
各個小院佈置得也都挺有野趣。
服務：
早餐是按份分好的，吃了份也可以煮麪。
所有服務人員都很熱情細心。

房間位於九龍瀑布風景區裏面，包含景區門票，是一棟棟含有小院子的標間，可以在院子裏面喝茶，聊天，從酒店到整個瀑布羣遊玩時間兩個小時左右，瀑布很漂亮，酒店餐廳飯菜好吃不貴，這次滇東南9日行程中最滿意，性價比最高的酒店了，退房後我們把一件衣服拉下了，管家説可以快遞給我們，謝謝啦

在春節期間入住，體驗真是一言難盡😂
酒店位於景區內，到了遊客服務中心，需要聯繫酒店，然後他們派接駁車來接。先到大堂辦理入住，然後接駁車再送去預訂的小屋，雖然是用車，但距離都不遠。
因為在景區內，所以自然環境不錯，空氣比較好，白天遊客多，晚上和早晨可以享受寧靜的環境在裏面逛。景區內有酒店自己的餐廳，價位也很合理，外面有農家樂也可以出去吃。
不好的體驗：整體感覺管理水平很低，雖然酒店整體環境和價位在那，但是服務水準不配比。
首先，下午3點入住，我們提前到了把行李放下就去溜達了，結果4點半回來發現房間沒有打掃，不知道是酒店哪個溝通環節出了問題，和朋友衹能在院裏等阿姨現打掃。然後，也沒有危機公關處理，沒有人來説抱歉和彌補措施，是我們強烈反饋後贈了遊船的票。雖然説春節人多酒店人手不夠是個理由，但危機處理意識和蛋糕，都太差了，好在主管態度還好吧，要不真的要在攜程上投訴。
需要改進的地方：房間電話不好使，反饋了也沒來解決，不知道是不是忘了；打掃後餐枱上能看到明顯的污漬印記，應該是着急打掃沒有擦；燈沒有指示怎樣是開和關，反正不停的瞎試。
總之，這裏住的就是為了個自然環境吧，如果想要體驗感更好一些請參考我寫的上述內容是否能接受。

首先酒店環境非常棒，早上打開窗簾就能看到近處的花遠處的山脈，猶如一幅美麗的油畫，每天坐在小院的搖椅上非常愜意放鬆。其次酒店的服務倍感親切，幾個女孩子漂亮能幹，為客户所想，絕不敷衍，親切真誠、樸實能幹是對他們最好的評價。我會將此酒店推薦給周圍的親朋好友，如果想享受大自然帶給我們的美好，建議來此酒店小住幾天😀

春節假期期間入住這家酒店，體驗五味雜陳。
設施：設施整體還行，但是電話機是壞的，沒有提前説明，地板走路起來床上會有感覺，可能是集裝箱改造的原因，不是水泥磚的原因，投影儀的設定比較有特色，但是像素十分拉跨，基本看不清楚。
衞生：衞生來説還可以，基本可以做到一個酒店應該有的衞生水平。
環境：環境房間內就很簡單了，屋外的環境還是很好，有一片小的草叢，還有搖椅
服務：重點來説説服務，總的結論是下面的工作人員的服務態度還是很好，基本都是不錯的溝通體驗，我想如果沒有這一點，我可能會打一個1星的差評。但是酒店的管理水平就非常糟糕了！
1.驅車前往酒店的時候按導航走的，因為節假日有一段堵住不動，打酒店前台諮詢，給予的反饋是可能導航導錯了（導航導的路是路過西門，他們説是錯的，但西門和東門之間是有路可以過去的），於是告知前台讓工作人員回電進行指引，掉頭開了一段時間也沒有接到電話，靠在路邊等了半個小時實在着急，直到打了攜程投訴電話才回應，而回應的結論是我沒走錯！導航沒錯！於是又掉頭回去。這中間耽誤了一個多小時，快下午7點才進房間！
2.第二天退房，告知12點前務必退房，溝通説家裡人不舒服希望稍微延長一下到13:30，回覆説沒有辦法，態度十分堅決。（實際家人應該是諾如病毒感染一些低燒，想再睡一下）講真平時我都不會提這種要求，如果不是這種特殊情況的話，沒有辦法又和攜程電話，攜程協助溝通到13:30退房。
説真的，在服務上，管理人員完全不懂的酒店服務公司如何管理，完全沒有站在客户的體驗角度，十分糟糕。春節住了十多個酒店，這家讓我忍不住評價一下
