一路駕車沒停直到酒店，到酒店入住後就不知道被什麼莫名的毒蟲子咬了一大片，被咬的表面又癢又灼燒，第二天腫了大片，叫來服務員給抹了點風油精也不起作用，好好的心情出來玩碰到這事挺糟心的

窗外的視野非常好。藍天白雲。視野開闊。
門口停車方便。
服務熱情。流程標準。怎麼招到這麼專業熱情的服務員？服務管理很好。非常加分。在這個服務上完勝整個縣城。其他的酒店。
衞生整體還可以。床品非常舒服。客房服務及時。細節有待提升。房子養的綠植養護不佳。挪了一下桌子下面有點臟。
前台提供各種用品。隱形眼鏡護理液。髮型定型液。香水。花露水兒。創可貼。雲南白葯噴霧。等等。這些小東西非常加分。
現在是盛夏的七月。入住歡迎水果。四宮格拼了三種水果切。冰冰涼涼。加分。雖然門口有水果店。但是買來處理。又麻煩又浪費。夏天的水果雖然便宜。一下子買好幾種也是浪費又麻煩。❤四宮格拼了三種“果切”。這個細節也是上大分呀。❤因為出門在外。一般都不會去買西瓜蜜瓜。。買也是桃子等整個了這種類似的。但其他店都給的是這種。沒有到顧客的心坎上。為什麼強調這一點？其他店送的點心呀，桃子呀。相形之下，高下立現。
每個酒店都不是完美的。任何酒店。每一個房型也有各種各樣的缺陷。但是這些服務與設施細節的加分項。還有服務的及時應對。卻讓人可以忽略各種各樣問題。其實這才是現在酒店之問真正的較量。硬設施已經百花齊放。軟服務才是必爭之地啊。
嘉宏酒店在軟服務上遙遙領先。。

體驗感極差，老闆格局太小！
1、不給開中央空調（電話反應兩次、前台敲門2次過來溝通，後面經過平台投訴過了一會才給開）
2、洗衣機也就那樣
3、房間連免費的水都沒有，礦泉水標價6元/瓶，住了300家以上的酒店沒有免費的水提供，還是頭一次遇到！
